However, we fully acknowledge that the game’s launch has been marred by operational issues, falling short of the experience you deserve and causing frustration. For this, we deeply apologize to all affected players.

To fulfill the promises made during the Closed Beta Test (CBT), our team has been working tirelessly to address these challenges. Yet, due to technical complexities, we’ve been unable to implement a seamless in-game rebate solution. After careful deliberation, we’ve decided to adjust the distribution method: CBT recharge rebates will now be issued via gift pack codes.

How to Claim:

Log in to the designated website (link below) using your CBT recharge account (Order ID format: GPA.XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX).

Follow the on-page instructions to redeem your rewards.

As a token of gratitude, we’re also adding an extra 20% rebate on top of the original 200% for all CBT spenders. Note: Even if you’ve already received the base rebate in-game, you’re still eligible for this additional 20%.
